又到春暖花開時，小龍蝦搶“鮮”上市。近日，資陽樂至夜市人聲鼎沸，肥美的小龍蝦占有一席之地，餐飲店內廚師們不停忙碌，服務員來回穿梭，把一份份顏色紅亮、香氣四溢的小龍蝦端上餐桌。

As spring arrives and the weather warms, crayfish are hitting the market in full force. Recently, the night market in Lezhi, Ziyang has been bustling with activity, with plump and succulent crayfish taking center stage. Chefs in restaurants are busy working, while servers hustle back and forth, bringing dishes of brightly colored, fragrant crayfish to the tables.

“最近吃蝦的季節到了，今天專門約了幾個朋友來吃小龍蝦，味道確實不錯，而且價格也實惠?！笔晨蜅钕壬硎?，小龍蝦鮮香麻辣，是朋友聚會的不二選擇。

“The crayfish season is here, and I specially gathered a few friends to enjoy it. The taste is indeed great, and the price is also affordable,” said customer Mr. Yang. He mentioned that the fragrant and spicy flavor of crayfish makes it the perfect choice for gatherings with friends.

據了解，樂至小龍蝦在早春時節成熟，蝦肉緊實、口感鮮美，價格按重量而分層浮動，單個重量在4錢左右的小蝦，相比單個重量在7錢以上的大蝦，兩者的價差可達10元/斤。為迎合這波小龍蝦的銷售旺季，各餐飲店也做足準備，相繼推出各式口味，為食客提供多樣化的味蕾享受。

Lezhi crayfish mature in early spring, offering firm meat and a delicious taste. Prices vary based on weight, with smaller crayfish weighing around 4 taels costing less than larger ones weighing over 7 taels. The price difference can be as much as 10 yuan per kilogram. To cater to the peak season for crayfish sales, many restaurants have been preparing by offering a variety of flavors, providing customers with diverse tastes to enjoy.

“從今年3月份開始，就進入了吃小龍蝦的火爆季節，我們店采用的全是樂至本地的小龍蝦。”三妹龍蝦餐館老板羅麗君介紹稱，店里每天下午2點就要開始洗蝦、備菜，大約6點就有客人陸續到店點餐，每天差不多能賣出300斤左右。

“Since March this year, we’ve entered the busy season for eating crayfish, and our restaurant only uses locally sourced crayfish from Lezhi,” said Luo Lijun, the owner of Sanmei Crayfish Restaurant. She explained that the staff starts cleaning the crayfish and preparing ingredients at 2 p.m., and by 6 p.m., customers begin to arrive. On average, the restaurant sells around 300 kilograms of crayfish per day.

小龍蝦成為夜市頂流的背后離不開樂至縣對“稻蝦生態種養”產業的激發和帶動。據統計，截至目前，全縣稻蝦養殖面積達8000余畝，平均畝產小龍蝦250斤，預計今年稻蝦綜合產值可達4800萬元。

The popularity of crayfish in the night market can be attributed to the county’s promotion of the"rice-crayfish integrated farming" industry. According to statistics, the area dedicated to rice-crayfish farming in Lezhi County has reached over 8,000 acres, with an average yield of 250 kilograms of crayfish per acre. The total value of crayfish production is expected to reach 48 million yuan in this year.
